1) When will my item ship? Once your order is placed, it is processed in 1-3 business days. After processing, you can expect to receive your product in 3 to 8 business days. Most orders will arrive sooner, but this depends on your geographical location.
2) What is your return policy? We have a 30 day return policy on our products. This means 30 calendar days starting from the date the item was delivered.
3) How do I exchange a product? If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support and we will issue you a form to return the product. Once the prodcut is received, we will ship you a new product.
4) What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and PayPal at this time.
5) What do I do if I have a technical issue? If you are having any technical issues with accessing the website or using any discount codes, please contact us via our Contact Us tab and we will be happy to address your concerns.
